The Corporate Security Advisor of Global Security and Aviation will contribute to the overall company security function for regional enterprise sites, including policy development and implementation, to ensure the protection of the company’s assets and its employees. Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in law enforcement, military service, or corporate security, including executive protection operations.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting criminal investigations, executing arrest and search warrants, and managing complex security incidents.
  • LEOSA certified or able to obtain certification prior to employment.
  • Strong working knowledge of investigative techniques, interview methods, and laws related to evidence, civil rights, and search and seizure.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and remain composed in high‑risk or rapidly changing environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 35%, domestically and internationally.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, security management, or a related field.
  • International security or protective operations experience.
  • Expertise in executive protection logistics, secure transportation planning, and risk assessment.
  • Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assigned Global Security investigations for all lines of business and/or manages such investigations and surveys conducted by contract personnel.
  • Lead and execute executive protection operations for senior leaders domestically and internationally, ensuring their safety during business and personal travel.
  • Develop and implement advance protective surveys, intelligence assessments, and tailored protection plans to mitigate known and emerging risks.
  • Initiate and/or oversee security investigations related to employee safety, threats, and protection of company assets, delivering clear findings and recommendations.
  • Serve as a key advisor to internal partners including Legal, Safety, Audit, Medical, and Risk Management on security related matters.
  • Prepare presentations and briefings associated with workplace violence, active shooter incidents and other security related concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement and government entities.
  • Act as the primary security representative in domestic and international locations as needed, confidently engaging with senior business leaders, government officials, and vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness and education programs that promote a culture of safety across the enterprise.
  • Ability to function independently and to perform security related tasks with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Monitor evolving security threats, technologies, and industry trends, recommending enhancements that strengthen protection and operational effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate secure transportation, logistics, and protective resources to support executive movements and company activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
