About The Position
As a Corporate Sales & PR Director at Edgewood, you’ll support the growth of our home health, hospice, and outpatient therapy services across multiple markets. This is a remote position, but you must be based out of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare sales, business development, or public relations
- Proven success growing referrals, census, and market presence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Help drive census growth by supporting teams with referral development and market strategies
- Provide strategic sales, outreach, and public relations support across multiple markets
- Strengthen relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- Travel to agencies to support growth initiatives and business development
