About The Position

The Corporate Relations Manager/Business Development serves as a pipeline for new business and referrals. The role of the Corporate Relations Manager/Business Development is to build our brand and reputation through networking and other community events.

Requirements

  • 2 years B2C sales experience required
  • 1 Year B2B sales experience required
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Proof of automobile insurance
  • BLS or CPR certification within 60 days of hire
  • Experience working in the field of addiction or behavioral health
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Understanding, experience, and compliance with HIPAA
  • Ability to maintain confidential information with tact and discretion beyond HIPAA
  • Maintain a professional demeanor that is representative of the organization
  • Travel required up to 75%

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends
  • Meet regularly with managers to discuss strategy
  • Coordinate and attend networking events
  • Assist with creation and distribution of marketing materials
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, client acquisition process, and best practices across the company
  • Maintain ethical standards of patient/ client care
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Keep all presentation material current and up to date with current program offerings
  • Set, track, and evaluate business development goals
  • Meet with leadership team as needed
  • Coordinate job fairs and networking events in conjunction with the Director of Human Resources
  • Other duties as assigned
