About The Position

The Corporate Relations Coordinator strengthens team efficiency by providing critical administrative and operational support to the corporate fundraising team, ensuring the seamless management of fundraising portfolios and donor records. By overseeing logistical details, maintaining data integrity, and streamlining internal workflows, this role enables the team to focus on high-level relationship building and strategic fundraising priorities. Ultimately, the Coordinator serves as a foundational link that connects daily operations with the broader goals of the team while providing essential support for the execution of workplace giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum one to three years of professional work experience in a related field such as nonprofit administration, corporate relations, or project coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring multiple competing priorities and deadlines are met with precision.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude in data management and reporting, with proficiency in CRM systems—specifically Salesforce—to maintain data integrity and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate mission-driven narratives and maintain professional correspondence with diverse stakeholders.
  • A partnership-oriented mindset with a deep interest in relationship-based fundraising, corporate social responsibility, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of workplace giving campaigns and corporate partnerships in close collaboration with the Senior Director, Workplace Giving and Workplace Engagement team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
  • Coordinate the logistical components of workplace giving campaigns and corporate engagement initiatives, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and communications are executed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, supporting campaign activities, partner communications, results processing, and post-campaign stewardship.
  • Collaborate with development operations colleagues to prepare campaign result reporting, community impact updates, and presentations for both corporate partners and internal leadership.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace giving inquiries, managing a general inbox and responding to partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate volunteer projects in partnership with Workplace Engagement and Volunteer Engagement teams.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, enhance partner experiences, and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative and operational portfolio support to the Senior Director, Workplace Giving and AVP, Corporate Relations to strengthen effective relationship management and team efficiency.
  • Support portfolio management by tracking engagement activity, maintaining donor and corporate partner records, and helping to advance outreach and follow-up.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis, including campaign performance, revenue tracking, and pipeline updates.
  • Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination for the Senior Director and AVP, Corporate Relations, ensuring efficient use of time and strong internal/external communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce database and other internal systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up notes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Workplace Engagement team, helping streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
