About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to join a premier organization at a very high level. Our Dealer group is looking for a talented fixed ops mind to join our team and make an impact on our growing list of dealerships in the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Tri State Region. This is a hands-on position, not a desk job. The ideal candidate will be very comfortable working in and with the Service, Parts, and Body Shop Teams. We have a proven system that generates high levels of guest satisfaction along with predictable net profit. This position requires a system first, coach second approach, and a propensity to grow team members through accountability and truth. This position requires regional travel. There will be several nights per month away from home, but it’s worth it. 95% of this position is in store, on the service drive and in the parts and body shops, coaching, training, and strategizing.

Requirements

• Experience and results in fixed operations.
• Comfort working in and with Service, Parts, and Body Shop Teams.
• Ability to implement a system-first, coach-second approach.
• Propensity to grow team members through accountability and truth.
• Willingness to travel regionally and be away from home several nights per month.
• Ability to spend 95% of time in store, on the service drive, and in parts and body shops.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of financial statements.
• Experience in a dealer group setting.
