POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for the follow-up, pipeline maintenance, and interview scheduling within designated office for MegaCorp Logistics by working closely with the current Corporate Recruiter and the Talent Acquisition Manager to fill positions in each department as needed. Obtain knowledge in different interviewing skills, resume review and candidate sourcing as well as attending local college job fairs.
