About The Position

We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team based at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters. This is a great opportunity to partner with executive stakeholders and help hire key positions that shape the future of AutoNation. About the Role As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across a diverse range of corporate and technical roles. You will collaborate cross-functionally and support other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as needed, based on business priorities. This role requires agility, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency supporting large enterprise clients.
  • Proven success hiring for both technical and corporate roles across various functions.
  • Experience managing a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and partnering with executives and business leaders.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools, and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to support other business units when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate functions with an emphasis on IT and Product roles, including: Technical: Software Engineers, DBAs, Network Engineers, Analysts, Cybersecurity, QA/Testers.
  • Product: Product Managers, Product Designers, UX/UI roles.
  • Corporate: HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
  • Manage an average of 20–25 open requisitions at a time, adjusting based on role complexity.
  • Partner with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, CRM, job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and consultative support throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and thoughtful engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our systems (Workday ATS and CRM tools).
  • Support other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as needed to meet shifting business demands.
