The Recruiter will provide operational support to the recruiting team by posting positions, reviewing and processing job applications, conducting phone screens, consulting with hiring managers on candidate selection, interview scheduling, and extending offers. This position will also play a vital role in onboarding activities as well as participating in ongoing and future projects to support the recruiting team.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High School degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting
  • Experience using ATS recruiting platforms. SuccessFactors ATS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment process of assigned open positions, including but not limited to; collaboration with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, preparation of recruitment materials, and posting to appropriate job boards.
  • Create and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
  • Ensure required pre-employment paperwork has been received and processed for all newly hired employees
  • Administer pre-employment activities such as background checks, drug screenings, physicals, etc. to new hires
  • Support and contribute to ongoing and future recruiting and onboarding projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates and foster an inclusive workplace culture
