About The Position
The Recruiter’s purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment daily for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients. This role involves recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire skilled and salaried positions, contributing to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment. The recruiter will schedule interviews, prepare candidates and clients for interviews, follow up after interviews, present job offers, negotiate, close transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation. Tracking and reporting on recruiting activity is also a key function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing and/or supply chain industries
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Assertive, outgoing personality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ethical Conduct
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility

Responsibilities
