Requirements

  • 3+ years of Corporate Recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting across all business functions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong experience with an ATS.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent MS Office and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to on-boarding.
  • Excellent database management and record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
  • Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires
  • Manage a wide range of requisitions including Executive, Sales, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Accounting.
  • Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent, creating best practices around upon proven success of new strategies.
  • Ability to research, analyze and leverage data to understand and deliver a story of the business while giving direction to crafting strategies
  • Independently manage a robust pipeline of candidates to identify potential what future opportunities they may be a fit for
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in recruiting practices and innovate and implement processes, tactics and strategies to deliver consistent results
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and oversee Hiring Manager/Candidate Engagement
  • Meet weekly with hiring managers to go over pipeline and make recommendations and/or adjustments as needed
  • Solid reporting experience with a focus on transparency and accountability
  • Assist with recruiting for hourly Retail & Production positions as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
