About The Position

At Terabase Energy, we believe that digitalization and automation will drive the next wave of innovation and cost reduction in large-scale solar. To fully unlock the potential of this opportunity, Terabase is developing an interconnected software and construction automation platform. We work alongside project developers, owners, and engineering & construction firms to support the design, optimization, and construction of huge solar projects around the world. Our team is a blend of solar industry veterans and newbies, thought-leaders, dreamers, software, electrical, and mechanical engineers, coders, product managers, project managers, and sales and marketing professionals. Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field or equivalent blend of education and work experience in our industry.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Understanding of the software industry, solar industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruiting and employment practices and their strategic and operational implications.
  • Strong planning, coordination, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with hiring managers and working partnerships with a broad range of people.
  • Enthusiastic promoter of all things Terabase to both internal and external hires.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in (internal and external) talent acquisition across business units including: stakeholder management, talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, job offers, feedback collection.
  • Build talent pipeline; proactive sourcing for technically skilled candidates, create and nurture relationships with external talent sources, and keep on leading edge of best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with finance on budgets for new hires, coordinate on reporting on open requisitions and track time to hire in the system.
  • Manage the usage and adoption of the ATS as necessary.
