About The Position

Phoenix Air is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team here in the Cartersville, GA area. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified aviation candidates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational achievement, bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in a recruiting role with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and hiring managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Comprehension and proven skills in confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledgeable in the aviation industry, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruiting aviation candidates (primarily pilots) by posting jobs to social media, Phoenix Air Career Center and various job boards as needed.
  • Schedule, confirm, and conduct prospective candidates’ interviews for aviation positions.
  • Present top candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Present offer letter/agreements to chosen candidates.
  • Work with HR staff for next step arrangements.
  • Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ADP).
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant data.
  • Maintain data integrity in all work processes to ensure compliance with FAA, federal, and state regulations.
  • Provide excellent applicant and internal employee customer service.
  • Some travel to industry conventions and/or job fairs may be required.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
