The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across Air Methods. This role will be based at our corporate office in Greenwood Village, Colorado and will support corporate hiring functions by partnering closely with business leaders to fill key roles. The recruiter will lead both local and national recruiting efforts, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies while also bringing forward innovative, creative approaches to talent acquisition. This position will focus on recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, including leadership and executive roles, human resources, IT, finance and accounting, marketing, and more. We are seeking someone with a strong background in corporate recruiting who can help ensure we are hiring the best possible talent to support the organization’s goals. Experience with aviation recruiting is a plus.
