About The Position

At TQL, our Corporate Recruiting team partners directly with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent market dynamics
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate assessments
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment, and hiring decisions
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes
