About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is a rapidly expanding Home Improvement Company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to Florida homeowners seeking home upgrades. The company is actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter to ensure the placement of top talent, thereby facilitating smooth operational processes for its customers. This High Volume Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the entire recruitment lifecycle for a significant number of positions across various departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, possess a keen eye for talent, and be capable of handling multiple requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with social media and online job boards.
  • Proven Success working in a close-knit, collaborative team setting.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Public speaking ability for group meetings and management
  • Ability to confront and resolve business challenges and recruiting issues
  • Team player

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Paycor ATS system is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage a high volume of candidate interactions with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Adhere to all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
