About The Position

In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for our company. As a brand ambassador, you will enhance the company’s presence in local and national markets and effectively communicate the company’s culture and values to prospective employees. This role will be focused on identifying and hiring top talent across the company’s divisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of corporate or full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (e.g., phone interviews, written assessments).
  • Proven ability to build rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal hiring laws and compliance, as well as best practices for recruitment.
  • Proactive, independent professional with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to inform company strategy through insights about the talent market.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Set hiring goals with clear timeframes and deliverables.
  • Organize recruitment events such as job fairs, career days, and community tours.
  • Guide managers and candidates through the company’s hiring and selection process, building strong partnerships for success.
  • Create and maintain quarterly and annual hiring plans.
  • Collaborate with division leadership to adapt strategic hiring plans based on needs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in building equitable hiring plans that provide equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications and Product Marketing teams on recruiting materials and event logistics.
  • Stay informed about market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive.
  • Foster excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community.
  • Any additional projects or tasks as needed.
