About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive in-house Recruiter who can find and inspire candidates as well as thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and hire top talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting job postings and candidate-facing messages
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Comfort managing multiple roles and priorities
  • Passion for connecting great people with a mission-driven organization

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles
  • Connect with career advisors in the community to create and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from start to finish
