About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across Marketing, Media, and Content Production roles—including editors, producers, digital marketers, and social media specialists—while also supporting Finance, Operations, and Warehouse hiring. The role ensures alignment with business needs and delivers a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with specialization in marketing, media, digital, or creative roles.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple business units such as Finance, Operations, and Warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting for creative roles and evaluating creative portfolios.
  • Stay current on labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent and drive organizational success.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and social media recruiting.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate assessment skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP TotalSource is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Media, and Creative roles, including editors, producers, content creators, digital marketers, and social media specialists.
  • Recruit for cross-functional roles across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse/Distribution.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using industry networks, creative talent platforms, social media, and proactive outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and recruitment processes.
  • Evaluate creative portfolios, reels, and samples when applicable to assess candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs and business growth
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting to HR leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
