The Russ Darrow Group is actively seeking a friendly, dependable Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls. Shift: Daytime hours, NO nights and NO weekends! Requirements

  • Experience in a receptionist role is strongly recommended
  • Customer service or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office with no nights or weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Dealership Experience
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • English/Spanish Bi-Lingual a PLUS but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and drivers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner
  • Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate departments promptly
  • Monitor and manage the front entrance and reception area
  • Process daily incoming and outgoing mail, including document shipping and tracking
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Team and corporate staff as needed
  • Assist with coverage for breaks and PTO within the receptionist team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members, vendors, and external contacts
  • Support a fast-paced, varied workload while maintaining organization and attention to detail
