About The Position

IMT Residential is hiring a Temporary Corporate Receptionist. This is a fully onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting daily to our corporate office located in Sherman Oaks, CA. The Temporary Corporate Receptionist represents IMT and our commitment to providing excellent customer service while assisting with general office duties.

Requirements

  • Willingness and desire to help people and make our office function efficiently
  • Professional and positive demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform a variety of tasks including new projects
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform tasks with attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills; basic Excel skills are a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Some Accounts Payable or related experience helpful

Responsibilities

  • At the reception desk, welcome visitors and callers by greeting them in a warm and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate party
  • Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere in the reception and common areas
  • Maintain the Cafe including light cleaning and stocking
  • Perform inventory and order supplies
  • Process purchases orders and invoices for purchases
  • Enter data with light Accounts Payable duties
  • Scan and process documents
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Support IMT's wellness program by ordering healthy lunches daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
