WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and external vendors entering the Corporate Retail Center, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information 5151 S 400 E, Washington Terrace, Utah 84405 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week Guaranteed Base Wage + Bonus + Incentive
Requirements
- High school diploma required

- Prior customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Politely greet members and business partners, direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor log, distribute visitor badges.
- Receive, distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide consistent member follow-up.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
