About The Position

The Real Estate Transaction Specialist will support the Real Estate Management team across one or more divisions in executing the enterprise’s brick-and-mortar capital strategy. This role focuses on lease restructuring, surplus property disposition, tenant leasing, outparcel carveouts, use waivers, property management, and key initiatives that align with long-term network strategy and deliver Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) over time. Requirements

• Experience in real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of lease restructuring.
• Experience with property disposition.
• Familiarity with tenant leasing.
• Understanding of outparcel carveouts and use waivers.
• Property management skills.

• Focus on delivering Return on Invested Capital (ROIC).
