About The Position

At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of facilities management for assigned footprint of corporate real estate organization. This position acts with minimal supervision to develop procedures and determine methods for achieving objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Five (5) years of related experience
  • Ability to learn additional systems as needed
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Prior experience managing an outsourced facilities management provider
  • Certified Property Manager

Responsibilities

  • Takes responsibility for quality customer service, strategic planning, and portfolio reporting
