Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience
• Experience with business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts
• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills
• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients
• Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate and/or commercial real estate transactional matters.
• Engage in business transactions, M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, or financing.
• Utilize strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-service skills.
• Independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients.
