Perform normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to strenuous physical exertion. Enforce rules and regulations of the property, equally and fairly. Provide assistance to guests and employees with a high degree of public relations and empathy. Notify the supervisor of other than normal or routine incidents, problems or occurrences. Prepare required reports on all incidents and maintain a daily activity log. Sign complaints against criminal suspects and attend required court appearances as required. Provide basic firefighting, first aid and emergency safety response as required. Patrol parking areas, grounds and property perimeters.
