The Corporate Payroll Tax Manager is responsible for the ownership of payroll tax compliance and reporting for both the United States and Canada. This role ensures accurate and timely calculation, deposit, filing, and reconciliation of all payroll-related taxes and statutory remittances in accordance with federal, state/provincial, and local requirements and the Company’s internal controls. The Corporate Payroll Tax Manager also owns garnishment administration and serves as the primary escalation point for payroll tax and agency matters, staying current on regulatory changes and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to maintain full compliance. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days a week in office at our headquarters in Fairfax, VA.
