About The Position

As a Payroll Associate, you play an important role in the processing of hourly payroll and benefits, and financial document preparation. You will provide accurate and timely payroll service and reporting, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and procedures. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Maintain payroll records for all hourly employeesBalance bi-weekly payroll timesheets received and timesheet data into the payroll system Communicates frequently with company personnel and maintains confidentiality of all company information Solve any payroll problems, including incorrect paychecks, payroll record maintenance, or any other questions that may arise Prepare reports on wages, commissions, taxes, deductions, or other payroll information as requested, including work comp and verifications of employment Review all garnishment payment requests; prepare answers, keys information in payroll system, notifies parties, and prepares payment schedulesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home. Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain payroll records for all hourly employees
