About The Position

Excela Protect is looking for an energetic and career-motivated Corporate Office Administrator to join our growing team onsite here in Daniels Island! As a Corporate Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the corporate office while also supporting claims payment processing and customer service functions. This role serves as a key operational partner across teams and requires sound judgment, discretion, and accountability in handling administrative responsibilities, financial transactions, and customer interactions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of general administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced Training or associate’s degree in business required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience managing daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and visitors, providing a courteous and professional experience.
  • Customer Service driven individual
