About The Position

BigPanda is seeking an experienced, multipurpose contractor to support its Corporate Marketing function. This role will provide continuity, handle day-to-day execution, and manage tasks across communications, content, web coordination, and workflow management with minimal oversight. The contractor will act as a key partner to the Head of Corporate Marketing and collaborate with teams in Product Marketing, Demand Gen, agency, web, and the executive team. This is a remote, full-time contract position open to candidates in the United States, running from July through November 2026.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, content marketing, editorial, PR, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Experience working with or alongside a PR agency.
  • Comfort partnering with digital or web teams on content updates.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using AI tools or agents in content workflows, with a clear understanding of when human review is necessary.
  • B2B SaaS or enterprise technology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Asana is preferred; familiarity with Glean and Claude is a plus.
  • Low-ego, highly responsive, and collaborative attitude, comfortable with shifting priorities and evolving ownership lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage media and PR outreach, press materials, briefing preparation, follow-up, and coordination with an external PR agency.
  • Draft, edit, package, and route content for corporate and executive social channels, supporting thought leadership and content distribution.
  • Partner with the Web team to scope, route, and manage website copy updates and related page changes.
  • Write and edit content across various formats including blogs, bylines, executive talking points, web copy, and customer story support.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Product Marketing, Content, Web, executives, and subject matter experts, identifying risks and bottlenecks.
  • Evaluate speaking events and opportunities, manage proposal submissions, and coordinate preparation and logistics for selected speakers.
  • Utilize approved AI agents and workflows to accelerate content drafting, repurposing, and initial reviews, applying editorial judgment to all content.
  • Assist in building and maintaining an AI-enabled process for content intake, review routing, deadlines, version control, and handoffs.
