Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate
About The Position

We are seeking a mid-level associate corporate attorney with substantial M&A experience for any of our offices in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Boston.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of M&A experience at a leading corporate firm
- Active Bar member of the jurisdiction in which they will be working
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
