The position involves meaningful involvement across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive environment, supervised by leading dealmakers in the region. The Corporate team is recognized for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice and building integrated relationships with intermediaries and clients. Requirements

Corporate Lawyer with 5-year PQE+ experience.
Experience in the Northwest legal market is implied.
Ability to handle high-quality M&A, restructuring, and PE work.
Willingness to take on greater responsibility.
Exposure to leading lawyers and clients.
