About The Position
The goal of the Relias Healthcare Summer Internship Program is to provide students pursuing careers in healthcare, business, or administration with a holistic understanding of how physician practice management organizations operate. Interns will collaborate with leaders across multiple departments and gain insight into operational strategy, physician support, and healthcare innovation. In addition, interns will participate in a weekly cohort-based leadership development class designed to foster reflection, discussion, and deeper understanding of leadership, culture, and the human side of healthcare work.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in healthcare leadership, physician practice management, or hospital operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
