About The Position

As a Summer Intern of KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING, you are expected to understand and support the mission statement of the company and practice our GREAT values every day. DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY ·         Assist with IT Operations ·         Assist with IT Development and Project Management of new software solutions ·         Assist with New System Deployment transition. ·         Assist with special projects around IT Solution Deployment and Data Analytics ·         Respond to requests from field staff within a timely manner. As a form of policy, a professional response must be provided within 24 hours of request. If request cannot be turned around in prescribed timeframe, then Intern must inform requester of such. ·         Assess tasks and prioritize them to ensure completion of deliverables by deadlines. ·         Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: record keeping, filing, appointment booking, etc. ·         Electronic Filing  and or Copying as needed. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.  The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs. Requirements

  • Must have a high-school diploma and be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors Degree in an IT related field.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must have ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook)
