This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated college student interested in gaining hands-on experience with a leading, privately held company. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, advertising, business, graphic design, writing, or social media management. During the internship, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including content creation, brand communications, digital marketing, internal communications, and special events. You’ll gain practical experience producing content across multiple channels and collaborating with creative, digital, and business teams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
  • Rising junior or senior strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented team player with strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, content creation, or corporate communications
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work onsite full‑time, Monday through Friday, at the Greenfield Corporate Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with website content management systems and Google Analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop branded content such as case studies, blog posts, landing pages, flyers, brochures, and recruitment materials
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of website and social media content, including short‑form video
  • Assist with content strategy development to help reach target audiences and support organizational marketing goals
  • Audit and update website content for accuracy, functionality, and SEO best practices
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms and campaigns
  • Serve as a strong, consistent writer aligned with the company’s brand voice and mission
  • Proofread and edit content prior to publication
  • Maintain brand consistency across style, tone, fonts, and imagery
  • Support internal communications channels and initiatives
  • Assist with planning, logistics, and execution of special events
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Executive Operations, approximately 12 hours per week
