Works with local practices to identify and address insurance risks arising from daily operations, contracts, and business transactions. Coordinates with external insurance brokers and assists with annual renewals, due diligence activities, policy changes, and coverage placement. Processes insurance requests such as certificates of insurance, tail coverage quotes, and policy endorsements. Maintains and tracks insurance data using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, and databases, while supporting other assigned insurance-related responsibilities.
