The primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain an understanding of Register Agent and Corporate filing orders. This includes assisting our clients in staying legally compliant by handling electronic and paper filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements, and retrieving necessary documents. This is an in-office position located at 901 S Second St, Ste 201, Springfield, IL

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Exercises good judgment
  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Responsibilities

  • Train with the Assistant Manager and Manager of the department to become proficient with the functions of the corporate and register agent group as well as the various applications utilized.
  • Accepting and uploading service of process for all register agent clients.
  • Reviewing state corporation filing procedures.
  • Using the directory of agents and the combined search and filing matrix to assist in the completion of orders.
  • Speaking with clients regarding order status and simple explanations of the various departmental products and services.
