About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Corporate Flex Security Officer for a site in Santa Clara, California. This flexible response role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The officer must be able to adapt to changing assignments and scheduling needs, including working any day of the week and day, swing, or overnight shifts. The position pays $28.00 per hour. Requirements

• At least one year of corporate security experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Hold a state security license and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift, including day, swing, or overnight, as scheduling needs may vary.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Include an up-to-date security resume.
