HeartLand is seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable professional to join our Corporate Fleet team as a Corporate Fleet Administrator in Kansas City, MO . Strong fleet administration is critical to keeping our operations compliant, efficient, and moving forward. The Opportunity As HeartLand continues to expand, we are adding an hourly Corporate Fleet Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative execution of our fleet program. This role partners closely with the Corporate Asset Manager and focuses on routine, repeatable, and compliance-driven work — ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and timely execution. In this role, you will: Process vehicle registrations, renewals, title transfers, and licensing documentation Track compliance deadlines and maintain organized, audit-ready fleet records Enter and maintain accurate asset data across systems such as Fleetrock, Holman, Motive, and Yooz Support asset sales and disposition documentation Reconcile fleet data between vendors, operating companies, and internal systems Serve as first-line support for routine fleet-related questions from local operating companies Coordinate documentation and data requests with fleet vendors and internal teams (Finance, Safety, HR, Operations) If this sounds like you, we’re looking for someone with: 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or data-entry experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems Clear written and verbal communication skills Fleet, vehicle, equipment, or compliance experience (preferred but not required) A process-driven mindset and high standard for accuracy and follow-through As the Corporate Fleet Administrator, you’ll enjoy: Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and more) 401(k) with company match Being part of a growing national organization with a strong local presence A stable, behind-the-scenes role that directly supports operational efficiency and cost discipline If you thrive in administrative work, enjoy keeping systems clean and compliant, and want to support a critical corporate function — we’d love to hear from you.
