$125,500 - $185,500Remote

About The Position

Life360 is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to support its rapidly growing business and act as a strategic partner within the Finance and People & Talent organizations. This role will be crucial in the monthly forecasting process and Long-Range Plan from the outset. The position will also contribute to investor relations and quarterly earnings, with flexibility to assist with Cash Flow and special projects. A key responsibility will be owning headcount and payroll reporting, including the underlying data feeds and automation. The role requires a blend of deep analytical skills and executive communication, with the ability to provide clear recommendations for complex problems and present compelling narratives with a broad perspective. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, strong financial modeling skills, an analytical mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools are important, as the finance team currently uses Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to take agency to move work forward and be an effective collaborator.
  • Ownership mindset that recognizes the importance of trust.
  • Curious about AI and willing to use it; some hands-on exposure to Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
