Herschend is seeking a  Corporate Finance Intern  to join our team for the Summer 2026. As an intern, you will work closely with finance leaders and cross-functional partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world corporate finance experience while contributing to initiatives that drive business insights and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will have the chance to: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, accounting, and marketing to support financial initiatives Help build and maintain financial models and dashboards Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic business decisions Assist with process improvements and documentation of finance best practices Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance financial efficiency and insights What you will gain: Hands-on experience in corporate finance within a large, purpose-driven organization Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and business strategy Mentorship from experienced finance professionals Insight into financial operations across a diverse portfolio of brands Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on real business initiatives

Requirements

  • Passion for corporate finance, financial analysis, and business strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (experience with financial modeling a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong academic record preferred
  • Availability for Summer 2026

Responsibilities
