About the role: We’re seeking an Associate, Corporate Finance to support valuation, financial modelling, and analysis for major strategic capital initiatives across the Company. You’ll join a highly collaborative corporate finance team that partners closely with senior leaders and regional teams to inform investment and strategic decisions. Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in project finance with a solid understanding of core project finance concepts
  • Strong corporate finance, valuation, and financial modelling experience (advanced Excel skills required)
  • Ability to interpret and critique complex financial analysis and communicate insights with sound commercial judgment to senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting transactions such as acquisitions, investments, capital raisings, or divestments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver accurate analysis under time pressure
  • Degree, or equivalent practical experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models supporting investments, acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, refinancing, and development opportunities
  • Analyze the corporate impacts of potential investments, including balance sheet, liquidity, credit metrics, and equity requirements
  • Prepare valuation analyses and materials for senior leadership and Board consideration
  • Support the development, maintenance, and audit of asset and corporate financial models
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to review assumptions, challenge inputs, and deliver high‑quality insights
