About The Position

Hadrian’s Operational Finance team partners with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and business leadership to shape the company plan and build the financial models, processes, and frameworks that support major decisions. The associate coordinates with finance colleagues, program owners, and subject-matter experts to maintain an accurate, detailed view of the company, while improving forecasting processes and developing systems to update and maintain the forecast and its outputs. The posting refers to the role as “Senior Corporate Finance Associate” in the role description. The target salary range is $130,000–$150,000. Benefits listed for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), possible relocation support in certain situations, a flexible vacation policy, and equity. The position is subject to U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements, including ITAR.

  • Composure and credibility with senior leaders, including comfort defending numbers and answering questions on the spot.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and version control.
  • Curiosity to understand the underlying basis of engineers’ and operators’ forecasts rather than simply accepting submitted figures.
