About The Position

The Corporate Finance Analyst supports strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and business case development. The role partners across Accounting, Operations, Commercial, Business Development, and other functions to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support corporate initiatives. It offers executive exposure and broad responsibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position requires regular hybrid attendance at the F&B Center of Excellence in Bethesda. The Corporate Finance Analyst reports to the Director of Corporate Finance and works with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, HR, Operations, Business Development, Legal, Business Analytics, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality, travel retail, retail, consumer products, airport concessions, or a related industry.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SAP, Anaplan, AI models, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Support corporate finance activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis across operating segments and corporate functions.
Perform financial and business analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives, and prepare recommendations based on findings.
Develop, maintain, and update financial models for business planning, strategic initiatives, labor-related analyses, capital investments, and ad hoc requests.
Assist with annual budgets, long-range plans, and periodic forecasts.
Perform variance analysis of actual results against budget, forecast, and prior-period results.
Support Finance Business Partners with analysis for key partners, including IT, Commercial, and Brands, through business-case modeling and impact assessments.
Assist with industry, competitive, and market analysis.
Assist with management reporting packages, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy and analytical efficiency.
