About The Position

The Corporate Director of Clinical Education designs, implements, and oversees the comprehensive clinical training and professional development programs across 44 skilled nursing facilities spanning 6 states. This executive role standardizes clinical education, ensures multi-state regulatory compliance, and drives clinical excellence using PointClickCare (PCC) data. The Director collaborates directly with both regional and facility personnel to align educational strategies with company-wide quality improvement goals, ensuring high-quality patient care and improved staff retention.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license; multi-state compact license preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical education leadership within the long-term care or skilled nursing facility sector.
At least 3 years of experience managing clinical education in a regional or corporate capacity overseeing multi-state, multi-facility operations.
Deep operational knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC), including clinical documentation modules, dashboard tracking, and EHR implementation.
Expert understanding of CMS regulations, state survey processes, QAPI frameworks, and adult learning principles.
Ability to travel frequently across the 6 operating states to support regional teams and oversee large-scale training rollouts (up to 40–50% travel required).

Master’s degree (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or Clinical Education highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop a unified corporate clinical education strategy that meets the regulatory and operational needs of 44 facilities across 6 distinct states.
Partner with the facilities to identify facility-specific educational gaps and deploy targeted clinical training.
Collaborate with Clinical Integration to embed PointClickCare workflows, clinical protocols, and competency training seamlessly into daily operations.
Leverage PointClickCare (PCC) data, EHR audits, and clinical dashboards to identify systemic training opportunities and measure the impact of educational initiatives.
Establish corporate standard operating procedures, curricula, and competencies for all clinical staff, ensuring consistency in onboarding and continuous training.
Monitor CMS guidelines and state-specific regulations across all 6 operating states to ensure educational programs remain proactive against survey deficiencies.
Oversee the selection and utilization of the corporate Learning Management System (LMS) to monitor compliance, track training metrics, and deliver adult learning modules.
