Requirements

• Hold a university degree in operations management, business administration, engineering, or logistics.
• Have 10+ years of experience including 5 in leadership in asset management, procurement or supply chain.
• Are proficient with ERP, EAM, SRM or e-procurement platforms.
• Have experience in contract negotiation and complex multi-site asset management.
• Are bilingual (French/English).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the corporate asset management strategy across all Groupe Nordik sites.
• Lead corporate procurement strategy: RFPs, master contract negotiations, cost optimization.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships: qualification, performance evaluation, long-term partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities.
• Oversee capital and renovation projects in collaboration with operations teams.
• Implement and optimize asset management systems (EAM/CMMS) and e-procurement platforms.
• Define asset and procurement KPIs; produce strategic reports for leadership.
• Coach and mobilize technical and procurement teams.
