The Role The Corporate Dining Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of food & beverage at AT&T Headquarters. Assisting with administrative functions to ensure smooth execution of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a corporate dining, catering, or restaurant role is a must.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management.
  • Familiar with culinary operations and terminology.
  • Experience with financial reporting, and inventory processing.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, up, and down stairs/ramps.
  • Must be able to stand for extended hours.
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including standing, constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of times.
  • Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.

  • Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust reports, menus, and inventory lists.
  • Manage communication between the team and other departments (e.g., procurement, HR, management).
  • Maintain organized records of corporate dining-related expenses and transaction for budgeting and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor food, labor, and other operational expenses to ensure compliance with the budget.
  • Support in updating and organizing menus, recipes, and food preparation guidelines.
  • Monitor cost of goods and labor expense by generating revenue reports, purchasing tracker and labor scheduling.
  • Coordinate food and beverage offerings for events.
  • Coordinate the event calendar as well as editing BEOs.
  • Perform daily audits of clock-in and clock-out records.
  • Manage inventory orders for food, paper goods, etc.
  • Support clerical tasks including filing, ordering supplies, and ensuring an organized workspace.
