About The Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Corporate Strategy: Utilize exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to support strategic functions with structured value-creation frameworks, data analysis, and market analytics. Drive an ongoing corporate strategy process that optimizes resource allocation across the company. Collaborate with strategy leadership to research and analyze markets and businesses, contributing to the development and execution of the overall corporate strategy. Develop detailed and well-structured plans and presentations to communicate and implement strategic initiatives. Analyze and model various scenarios and opportunities to support the company's long-term growth strategy. Mergers & Acquisitions: Leverage strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for deal-making to support new business ideas and bring them to fruition. Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify high-priority sectors and subsectors for investment. Support pipeline development efforts to maintain a robust list of prospective targets. Build valuation models and conduct quantitative and qualitative decision analysis. Assist in the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and related activities. Develop presentations for senior leadership and board members to secure deal approval. EDUCATION & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 2-3 years of strategy and/or M&A experience from a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank. Relevant industry experience in industrials, utilities, construction, or manufacturing, with a diverse work history welcomed. Proven experience in growth strategy projects, M&A, and/or commercial due diligence, with a strong command of financial modeling. Skills: Exceptional structured and logical thinking, with experience identifying, framing, and structuring strategic opportunities. Strong analytical aptitude, with proven capability in building exposure-weighted market models and/or P&L forecasts, and mastery in Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of management. Mastery in PowerPoint, Tableau, Mekko Graphics, or Think-Cell is required. Strong execution orientation, with a collaborative approach and experience contributing to high-performing teams. A strong bias for action and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations is essential. Education: An MBA from a top-tier program is preferred, in addition to a bachelor's degree in business or STEM.
