About The Position

The corporate development principal serves as a recognized expert in M&A, leading highly complex, high-impact transactions and shaping strategic investment priorities. This role develops deal strategies, leads negotiations, and provides thought leadership on valuation, structure, and market positioning. It also influences senior leadership decisions and drives cross-functional alignment on critical growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Expertise in corporate development and investment strategy, with recognized authority in M&A, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions
  • Advanced strategic and financial judgment, including the ability to evaluate highly complex opportunities with significant ambiguity and risk
  • Enterprise perspective and business integration, including the ability to connect transactions to long-term strategy and enterprise priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact strategic transactions that shape company growth, including large-scale acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances.
  • Define deal strategies and investment approaches, including identifying opportunities, assessing strategic fit, and determining optimal transaction structures.
  • Support negotiations and external engagements with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes on complex, high-value agreements.
