About The Position

The Corporate Development Manager supports strategic development activities related to strategic planning and development in Corporate Accounts.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Ability to understand and communicate overarching Corp Account mission, objectives, operational functions, and supporting business processes.
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, problem-solving, organization, time management, project management, and strategy execution skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to independently manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a variety of situations with the flexibility quickly switch gears as needed.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and a strong understanding of data analytics tools, such as Qlik.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met to support business objectives.
  • Develops and executes structured implementation plans; tracks progress against defined outcomes; proactively identifies risks, removes obstacles, and drives timely resolution to maintain momentum.
  • Identifies, coordinates, and aligns required resources to support initiative execution, including research, supplier and contract reviews, analytical preparation, and forecasting activities.
  • Acts as the primary cross-functional liaison, partnering with internal teams to secure expertise and contributions; facilitates working sessions and delivers clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Designs and maintains Corporate Account Specific onboarding materials to support the successful ramp-up of new hires across Corporate Accounts roles, including Support Analysts, Quotation Analysts, Sales Trainees, Corporate Account Managers, and Experience Managers.
  • Partners with Corporate Account Leadership to develop role-specific capability plans, focused on data analysis and interpretation, contract structures, deal scoring, and negotiation effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
