SUMMARY: The Corporate Development Manager supports strategic development activities related to strategic planning and development in Corporate Accounts. JOB DUTIES: Owns the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met to support business objectives. Develops and executes structured implementation plans; tracks progress against defined outcomes; proactively identifies risks, removes obstacles, and drives timely resolution to maintain momentum. Identifies, coordinates, and aligns required resources to support initiative execution, including research, supplier and contract reviews, analytical preparation, and forecasting activities. Acts as the primary cross-functional liaison, partnering with internal teams to secure expertise and contributions; facilitates working sessions and delivers clear, concise updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and next steps. Designs and maintains Corporate Account Specific onboarding materials to support the successful ramp-up of new hires across Corporate Accounts roles, including Support Analysts, Quotation Analysts, Sales Trainees, Corporate Account Managers, and Experience Managers. Partners with Corporate Account Leadership to develop role-specific capability plans, focused on data analysis and interpretation, contract structures, deal scoring, and negotiation effectiveness. Performs other duties as assigned.
